Kellina trained in the authentic method of Pilates in 1999 with Cynthia Lochard (an ex-principal dancer of the New York City Ballet) and Romana Kryzanowska, one of the last remaining links with Joseph Pilates himself. The New York based certification program is widely acknowledged as the most stringent internationally.
