The Workout
A private session is an authentic Pilates routine taught on Gratz apparatus based on muscular balance, flexibility and control. These same principles are also the foundation of the group mat classes.

Kellina
Kellina has worked as a Pilates instructor for over 10 years. She has spent many of those in the film industry, based in London, Europe and Los Angeles. She has worked with actors including Oscar winner Charlize Theron, Julia Ormond, Miranda Richardson, Bill Paxton and Richard Harris.
Author of the US best seller "Pilates for beginners"
Featured in Gillian McKeith's internationally acclaimed DVD "You are what you eat".
Kellina trained in the original method of Pilates in 2000 with Cynthia Lochard (an ex-principal dancer of the New York City Ballet) and Romana Kryzanowska, one of the last remaining links with Joseph Pilates himself.
She now resides in Sydney, Australia and teaches group mat classes and private sessions in both the Northern Beaches and the city.
